Sizing
How does Ring sizing fit?
Our pieces are cut smaller than typical US sizing, usually by about 1 to 2 sizes. Check the Size & Fit table on each product page and compare it with something you already own that fits well. If you are between sizes, go up one.
Where can I find the size chart?
Every product page has a Size & Fit section near the bottom of the description. Most products include a size table in inches. If a product does not have one, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual US size.
I am not sure what size to get. Can you help?
Yes. Email us at ringclothinghome@gmail.com with your height, weight and usual size, and the product you are looking at, and we will help you pick.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order in the US, with no minimum.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, they usually arrive within 9 to 15 business days. Times can run longer during holidays or busy periods.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including P.O. boxes.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after you receive it.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If you order more than one item, your order may ship in separate packages that arrive on different days. You will get tracking for each one.
My package has not arrived. What should I do?
If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at ringclothinghome@gmail.com and we will help track it down or make it right.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at ringclothinghome@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is on us.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at ringclothinghome@gmail.com. We will do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships, but once it has shipped we cannot change it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Email us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay at checkout. Eligible orders can also be split into payments with Shop Pay Installments.
Style and care
What should I wear on a date night?
A clean button-down or camp collar shirt, well fitting trousers and a jacket you can throw on when the night cools down. Browse our date night shirts, going out pants and affordable men's jackets to build the full outfit.
How should I wash my Ring pieces?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. A quick steam before you head out keeps everything looking sharp. Always check the care label for anything specific to the piece.
